The lovely Lotte and Dom chose Twyning Park for their small intimate wedding reception with approximately 20 guests. 3 weeks before the wedding they had a change of heart and decided they wanted a more traditional wedding reception with as many friends and family as possible.
The brief was a seated beautifully styled marquee reception for 120 guests during the day with an additional 80 guests in the evening.
Lotte and Dom booked an exclusive hire reception at Twyning Park, allowing the wedding party to extend the experience over 3 days and 2 nights, which meant they could really relax together before, during and after the big day. They wanted a relaxed family friendly vibe with a luxurious style.
At Twyning Park we are proud of the great relationship we have with our preferred suppliers in the wedding world, and we worked quickly to introduce Lotte and Dom to suppliers we knew could use their expertise to create a beautiful day for the couple in such a small space of time.
West Country Marquees were our first port of call as we knew they could provide a marquee that was not only beautiful but that would also be able to keep guests warm, dry and happy at this luxurious midwinter wedding.
Katrina Bartlam from Captured by Katrina, quickly came on board and with her expert knowledge, beautiful natural style and experience of working at Twyning Park there is no doubt that she captured this beautiful day memory by memory.
Jenny Fleur is a very talented local florist who we love to work with. Jenny created beautiful bouquets and arrangements that fitted the brief perfectly.
Krysta from For the Love of Weddings who has a wealth of experience in the industry took our referral for planning and styling just 10 days before the big day - whilst on the other side of the world! Krysta set to work immediately engaging her contacts and team to enable her to style to perfection; including bespoke stationary and menu cards, vintage china and cut glassware, gorgeous florals, candle sticks and lanterns, with a subtle colour palette to create a beautiful winter luxe look.
Krysta joined Charlotte from Twyning Park to provide the coordination for what was a truly beautiful and incredibly fun wedding. Lotte and Dom absolutely made the right decision to have a last minute wedding. The day was full of smiles, laughter and love.
